WPMC 2016 - Registration 

Submission Guidelines

Final versions of accepted papers (for regular sessions, special sessions and workshops) must be submitted on EDAS for inclusion in the conference proceedings and IEEE Xplore. Before paper submission on EDAS, one of the paper authors must register to the conference. The WPMC'16 Organizing Committee reserves the right not to include in IEEE Xplore papers that are not presented at the workshop. Please follow these steps:

Note that (1) the conference registration (Step 1) and (2) copyright form submission and final manuscript submission (Steps 2 -- 5) can be completed separately.


Step 1: Conference Registration


The presenting author MUST register for the conference before submitting the final paper to EDAS. To register please go to the [Registration] (wpmc2016.org/registration.html) page of the conference.


Please note that:


One FULL registration is valid for one person; however, it can cover up to three (3) papers on which the person who is registered is an author or co-author.


All submissions should have a maximum paper length of six (6) printed pages (10-point font) including figures without incurring additional page charges (maximum 2 additional page with over length page charge of USD 100 per page).


Step 2: Paper Revision


Follow the reviewers recommendations for revising your paper and preparing the final version. Make sure that your paper follows the formatting requirements based on IEEE templates.
Standard IEEE conference templates for LaTeX formats and Microsoft Word: A4, US letter are found at here:


Step 3: Copyright Form


To record the copyright form for your paper, please complete the following steps:


  1. Download the copyright form from CopyrightForm

  3. Fill in your paper information, SIGN IN BLACK INK, and scan the copyright form to a JPEG FORMAT IN COLOR AT 300DPI

  5. Upload the scanned copy to the "Copyright form" entry of your paper in EDAS by clicking on the [+] button shown below:

Step 4: Have your PDF files IEEE Xplore®-compatible by Passing the IEEE PDF eXpress Plus Check


Creat your PDF eXpress account by logging in to the IEEE PDF eXpress Plus site http://www.pdf-express.org/plus


First-time users should do the following:


  1. Select the New Users - Click Here link.

  3. Enter the following:

    • 38638XP for the Conference ID
    • your email address
    • a password


  5. Continue to enter information as prompted.

  7. An Online confirmation will be displayed and an email confirmation will be sent verifying your account setup.


Previous users of PDF eXpress need to follow the above steps, but should enter the same password that was used for previous conferences. Verify that your contact information is valid.

Step 5: Paper Submission on EDAS


Your camera-ready paper must be submitted on EDAS in order to be included in the conference proceedings.


To submit your camera-ready paper, please go to EDAS, log into your paper page, and click on the upload link next to the "Final manuscript". A screenshot is provided below:
